How should I store the mushroom spawn?
Store the spawn immediately at 4–6°C (standard refrigerator). Use it within 7–14 days of delivery for best results.
How far in advance should I place an order?
Please place your order at least 14 days in advance to ensure timely preparation and dispatch.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. As mushroom spawn is a perishable and biological product, we do not accept returns. Refunds are not applicable once the spawn is dispatched.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Indian states – including Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, etc.
What types of mushroom spawn do you provide?
We currently supply Oyster mushroom spawn – specifically the Florida G2 and HU varieties – grown under sterile, lab-based conditions.
What is the shelf life of the spawn?
Up to 14 days under proper cold storage (4–6°C). Delayed usage or exposure to high temperatures can reduce viability.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 25 kg. Larger orders can be arranged with prior notice.
Do you offer replacements for spoiled or damaged spawn?
We offer replacement only if the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof. 📸 An unpacking video (from the sealed parcel to opening) is mandatory to claim replacements.
